It's Mike Geary here... I'm going to lay the cards on the table for you today... if you're frustrated by not getting the body that you want, it's time for you to get some personalized coaching to FORCE you to reach your fitness goals.

Let's face it... you probably already have a copy of my Truth About Six Pack Abs   program and/or my Fat Burning Kitchen ebook... BUT, that doesn't guarantee that you've actually transformed your body.  Some people take action on the information and others just simply don't.  Action takers get results.

For some people, it's Personalized Coaching that is THE component that finally makes them accountable to meeting their goals.  THIS is what could be holding you back... a lack of accountability to a personal coach. 

Although I've never had the time to offer this program in the past, due to popular demand for personalized coaching, I've decided to offer this to only 20 people as an initial test run.

 

Here's what you'll get if you're accepted into this Personalized Online Fitness Coaching Program :

1.   Individualized assessment of your goals, your individual body type, personal nutrition needs and history, available workout equipment, your current fitness level, current health conditions or injuries, your past fitness history and struggles, evaluation of what's been holding back your results, and much more.


2.   Each month, you get a brand-new strategically-designed workout program tailored to your personal needs and your main goals.  We factor in what equipment you have available, and whether you prefer bodyweight workouts, home gym workouts, commercial gym workouts, kettlebell workouts, etc.

We also analyze what types of workouts you've been doing in the past, so that we can determine where improvements can be made.

These workouts will be designed for you based on a combination of scientific theory on what works best for your specific fitness goals combined with methods that we've seen work wonders for our past training clients in the real world.
 

3.   You'll also get an online database of exercises and video demonstrations of all exercises in case we include some exercises in your routines that you don't know how to perform.


4.   Each month, you'll also get customized nutrition counseling  to help you get to your goal body MUCH faster. We'll analyze your personal nutrition needs, your food preferences, and show you how to eat delicious foods that still help you to get the body of your dreams. 

I personally review your nutrition struggles and analyze where I think you're sabotaging your results.  I'll find some easy ways for you to still enjoy great food, but do it in a way that will guarantee you actually reach your fitness goals.

This is one of the MAJOR components of your success.  So many people don't realize the many areas of their diet that are holding back their results.


5.   You'll also get a customized supplementation program based on your specific goals.  Now keep in mind that supplements are NOT necessary, and I'm a firm believer that good clean whole foods and the right workout program design will get you all of the results that you need.  However, if you wish to use a couple supplements to help to give you that "slight edge", we will help you to determine what supplements are legitimate and what supplements are simply going to waste your money.


6.   You'll also get PRIVATE-ACCESS to a Certified Personal Trainer via email to answer all of your personal questions throughout the month.  I'll be working closely with this trainer so that we can combine our knowledge to answer your questions as best as possible.

In addition, although I'll be overseeing the design of your customized workout programs, I'll also be personally analyzing your nutrition needs, struggles, and obstacles that are holding you back.

THIS is one of the main reasons why we are capping this program at approximately 18-20 clients... because the analysis of all of your personal details for your workout and nutrition programs takes a LOT of our time.


How much is this investment in your new improved body?  

Hiring "Average-Joe" Personal Trainer at your local gym typically costs about $60/session (average national cost), so training with them twice per week for 8 sessions per month would cost you about $480/month.

But do you really want "Average-Joe" Personal Trainer training you for average results for $480/month?

Or would you rather get Personalized Coaching from my team, scientifically-designed workouts and meal plans customized to your personal needs and goals, that will FORCE you to finally get results?

We do have a couple rules that are necessary to ASSURE that you get results:

1.   There is a 2-month minimum for this program.  We are requiring to work with you for at least 2 months because we ONLY want to work with serious people that are NOT quitters.  By working with you for at least 2 months, we can make sure that you don't give up after the first couple weeks and we can keep you on track to actually meet your goals.

Also, there is a BIG time commitment on our part to do the initial analysis for you and get you started on your personalized program.  We don't want to work with people who are going to waste our time by quitting after the first month.

In addition, we know that once we have worked with you for 2 full months, that allows enough time for you to see some SERIOUS RESULTS! 

And here's another important factor for your success:

By making this more of a significant investment for you (compared to just buying a $20 or $30 fitness book at the bookstore, where you have very little invested), a higher investment in a coaching program like this subconsciously forces you to take action and get results because you don't want to waste your investment. 


2.   We are capping this program at only 18-20 Coaching clients for the time-being... So act fast if this is something you want to do!  We need to do this to assure that we give each client the attention that they deserve.  Once we reach the maximum clients, we will stop accepting payments for new clients.  We may open the program back up to new clients in the future if we determine that we can handle more.

Also, we reserve the right to turn down certain clients and refund the payment if we feel that there are certain health conditions present that we are not properly trained to make recommendations on.


3.   We don't want LAZY people at all!  If you are lazy and not prepared to actually make an honest effort, please do not apply for this program.

On the other hand, this doesn't mean that you can't keep an active social life.  I believe in cheat meals, enough planned rest days for full recovery, and just plain living life to the fullest.  Nutrition and training should be priorities in your life, but not take up every minute of your free time. 

We will coach you on how to balance fitness into your overall lifestyle to be sure that you achieve success, but maintain your other priorities in life as well.
